The laces of the stays go in the back and the embroidered pocket is tied around her waist and is put right under 1 of the little slits in her gown so she can reach through them and get to the pocket.

The laces do go in the back. There's an album in my sig that'll show you exactly how to do it.

The "shift" goes on UNDER all the stuff as well !! [img]eek.gif[/img] Is the "shift" her nightgown, or something totally separate or does it come with another outfit ?? Also, would YOU (personally) put the "shift" on under all the stuff under her lavendar travelling gown ??

I do put all of it under all of her dresses. On real people the shift is to keep you from sweating and ruining the corset(most corsets aren't very washable), and to keep it from cutting into your skin.

It is possible to get all of that on under her traveling gown, but the shift sleeves will be kinda bunched up. You can't really tell though.
